The other ones are normal and he will do a little spin before throwing them. If you can can hit these before they touch the ground you will knock them back at him and he won't use a special power this round. If you fail to do that he will use one of his powers which are Summon Heartless, Toy Soldier Guns will be fired, he will heal himself, which is very annoying.
Basically just try to knock back the dice, and if you don't just be careful. If the toy soldiers get picked stay as far the left as you can to avoid the shot, and jump around a lot to avoid the blade.
What you will see now may be a little intimidating, but fear not! Oogie's Manor Boss fight is not very hard. So this fight is a little bit odd, and definitely unique to the game so far. Oogie has somehow melded with his Manor, and now is reaking havoc and you have to stop him from stealing the keyhole. The thing that can make it difficult is the heartless, and moreso Oogie's Lanterns. These can do some serious damage and even kill you in what seems like an instant.
You can fight them for EXP, but you don't have to. Once you destroy the Bubbles the fight is yours. There are Seven bubbles. If you're struggling with the Fire Balls, cast Aero to soak up some of the Damage and consider destroying the Lantern. Other than that, just jump down to the bottom and start climbing. Jack will give you the Pumpkinhead key chain and you will have saved Halloween Town from the Heartless.

After Sally witnessed Lock, Shock, and Barrel arrive with Santa Claus and Jack takes his hat from him, Sally attempts to ruin Jack's plan by pouring a jar of nightshade into the fountain to create a heavy fog in an act of desperation to stop Jack.
However, Jack's pet dog Zero reveals his glowing nose which Jack immediately uses to guide his sleigh, forcing Sally to watch in horror and sadness as Jack takes off. In order to save Jack from ruining Christmas, she goes to rescue Santa from Oogie Boogie, but she is captured. Fortunately, Jack comes to save Sally and Santa. Once Oogie Boogie is defeated, Santa tells Jack that Sally is "the only one who makes any sense around this insane asylum".

After doing enough damage Oogie will force Sora back into the pit and the cycle repeats itself. Sora cannot influcence when the switches activate in any way. Oogie will occasionally attack with a slapping attack when Sora is close enough to inflict very minor damage. Sometimes Oogie will just stand in one spot, while purple smoke forms around him.
When he does this he is healing some of his HP. Sora can use the Thunder spell even while he is in the pit to damage Oogie Boogie, though it is not a very efficient method of damaging him. Just be sure to heal when necessary. After the battle, Oogie Boogie seems to be dead - only for the party to rush outside and find that Oogie Boogie has become his mansion, and that he has been overtaken by darkness. This is one of the only boss battles where you can enter and exit the arena at will in Kingdom Hearts.
There are two possible exits; one on the Bridge, and one at the creek on the left side, once Sora jumps down. When traveling on the manor, always be ready to use Guard because there are swinging objects that may push you off. No matter where you are on him, the boss always looks around and finds a chance to attack Sora, and it may be difficult to see the globs in the darkness of Halloween Town, so be prudent.
To avoid overlooking the globs, consistently Lock On to something because the locking system will find the nearest target. When attacking the globs, watch out for the two lanterns that are swinging around, as they will throw balls of fire at you. You can also destroy the lanterns for more experience points; dodge the flames until it swings over the platform that you are on, then hit a few times or use Blizzard magic, but try not to fall off the platform.
