For example, does it have a renowned cancer unit or a great pediatric program? This question is important for any position. Some companies may over emphasize efficiency and lose sight of developing healthy interaction between nurses on and off the job.
This is a great question to ask as it helps you understand the level of support you will receive upon starting the job. Knowing that there will be a detailed and thorough training process might ease your mind about taking the job.
