We also don't recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time. You will not be paired with people from another group, and will only enter the haunt with people you arrived with that night.
If you have more than 5 in your party, you will be split into smaller groups before entering. We welcome everyone to dress up for our haunts, however, we do not allow full costume face masks or props of any kind.
If you wish to paint your face we ask that you remain recognizable if someone asks to see your ID and that you do not interact with other guests as one of our cast members. If our security team does not recognize you as a guest, you may be asked to remove your makeup. Is it a maze? Can I get lost? However, many areas of the attractions are confusing, and we do have mini mazes within the haunt, but the staff will help you find your way out if necessary. Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to The Massacre? For safety reasons, patrons are not allowed to wear costumes.
Are your attractions open if it rains? Both haunted houses are inside. Once we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket? A new ticket is required for each visit.
Can we be thrown out of the park for any reason? We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund. Can we be injured at your park? We've never had any serious injuries at any of our attractions. Running is the main cause of minor injuries. Make sure to follow the rules and DON'T run and you should be fine!
Do you serve alcoholic beverages? And they are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any. Is smoking allowed? Smoking is allowed only in the parking lot. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses? NO photography of any sort is not allowed in the haunts. Haunted houses are dark and people's eyes especially the actors adjust to the low light.
When you flash your camera you're not only ruining other customers' experience but you're hurting the actors' eyes. Also, the fog used inside the attractions ruins flash photography. Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside including nightshot , the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures. What can't we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
